I caulked it in and added some extra trim to make it look a bit better.

I'm happy with it.

Although all this made me realize how much cleanup that wall needs right there.

Number one is they must not leak. Opening & closing gets you bonus points, unless the widow wasn’t designed to open & close.

It’s designed to open and close.  That’s what that little latch is in the middle.

Sorry, that's just habit.  It's how we make sure all deliveries are made to commercial accounts.  When the boss asked why we didn't do a stop and say " They were closed ", he would respond with " Didn't you have your brick with you ? "
