Already done!

Where'd you get the print file for that bulk trailer?

I didn't. I bought it from someone at the Altoona show. I wish I remembered who. He did really nice stuff.

I have to say, do like the progress photos you shared from York so far, since I've always been a bit of a fan of model railroads within the urban environment despite the issues for modeling.

I don't think it's an igmakes trailer. The railing is a single piece as opposed to the igmakes version which has a railing on the ladder and a separate railing on the walkway. In any case, it's a nice looking trailer!
The fabric of reality has begun to fray.

Anything else done on your layout besides the town/yard and woodland curve?

Nope. I'm approaching construction in phases. The top deck featuring York is Phase 1. The woodland curve and the grade crossing scene are all just a temporary return loop that I decided to scenic.

I think the next phase will likely be the hidden staging in the back room. But that requires some home improvements to kick off. So who knows when it'll get going.
