I don't actually know how many are interested in these models but I just wanted to throw it out there since supply seems a bit limited.
Just ordered a DCC ALP and some coaches from Trainworld.

I'm very tempted to buy a set. Kudos to Atlas for making these.

I think we can expect to see an ALP45 in Erie Lackawanna heritage paint as a future Atlas release since NJT will be rolling their heritage unit out very shortly.  I am looking forward to seeing that.

Huh didn't hear about that is there a link?

Kinda related but I am thinking of maybe getting some custom decals for the heritage bi levels since it seems like an easy addition.

Looks like it's only coaches at this time.

Currently running mine, with @ChristianJDavis1 DC loco. My DCC sound one works great. I will give a full in-depth review as I can get photographs. The ML cars look and run great, ran them for a few hours already. They require fine tuning to run fantastic, but nothing that will prevent them from running normally. Here are some basic photos, I will upload more detailed ones later along with a more full review.
Modeling the Erie Lackawanna and Delaware & Hudson in 1975, and Conrail and the Delaware & Hudson in 1981.

I want an N Scale GE U33/34/36C!

Can you let me know how the DCC+Sound one runs, speed wise? Mine was maxing out at 38smph when I first got it. After a few hours of breaking it in, it only runs quickly (maxing out in the 80smph range) after it warms up for a good 15/20 minutes. I'm thinking about RMAing it, but if that's normal I'll keep mine.

Mine is doing it too, so I guess I can safely rule out it being a layout thing. Maybe Atlas wanted to be as accurate as possible.
As an aside, this is the first DCC sound Loco I've owned that had a somewhat accurate horn on it by default.

Hopefully on the correct model. That is an ALP46, which is a different animal. I think there is an aLP45DP (the model in question) that is painted for EL now.

The photo Bryan posted is of the heritage ALP46 locomotive.  The EL heritage engine is indeed an ALP45.  I am looking forward to running that PRR engine since that will be in the regular pool of equipment that cycles in and out of NY Penn Station.
