All the wheel are on the rails. I need to tune it a little for performance, but I am comfortable in moving forward on sanding and priming.

He said one end and the load was about 16 inches, so my guess would be about 24.  I doubt that it would like my 18 inch radius curves.

Chuck:  Looking at your second picture, at the wall, my first thought was "Is he hanging overhead on the GN?"

That is a X42 6oft Mail Car. The PRR had a 10 of them for transporting bagged mail. They were headend cars and not commonly seen.

This model was made by Doug Nelson and featured in the February 2018 Dremel Kit bashing Award. A extremely good model.

N -Don't know where this is going - Will be free-form and will represent no real area. Montana sounds great!

What sort of "passenger" equipment is this?

Yes, one of ten X42 mail storage cars built from box car components.  This was an experiment by the PRR as an alternative to building additional (more expensive) baggage cars.  Note the BX express trucks.  The X42 also had steam and train signal lines.

What model is this?  I've been looking around for an E7 set for a GN train I'm working on.  Apparently they're scarce.

Hey Diezmon,

Sorry for the late response. I am using a Lifelike shell on Kato E-9 mechanism.
And - I have had it for a long time.

Thanks,
Wolf
