I looked up industrial tractors , couldn't find an exact match . <1936 maybe , somewhat like a Fordson or a Plymouth Silver King . The big wheel rubber tire tread was a total bust .

Definitely a Fordson, possibly a Model-F (1917~1928), and likely used to pull/shove equipment in and out of the back shop. I found one that's a pretty close match to the one in your pic:

My eyes got more drawn toward the gorgeous Scullin disk driver in the background.... A NYC shop I presume....?

ATSF and UP had locos with Scullin drivers as well. The shop, according to the URL in the top of the photo, states a facility in Illinois somewhere. Not sure who had shops where though. My guess is ATSF.

For exercise I walk the streets of my 55+ community. One of the neighbors had this lawn ornament that I absolutely loved. I told him if it ever disappeared some mischief night it would probably be a safe bet to send the cops to my house looking for it. I couldn’t find it available in any store (they originally got it at a K Mart).

Well a year later they decided to redo their lawn and knew I had lusted after it so they saved it for me. It had a solar chip and a battery and at one time would actually flash. I replaced the battery but it still will not work. The wiring is inaccessible so there must be an issue with the PC board or the switch.  :(

It is about 16" high.

Working on benchwork this week, as the Seaboard Central 3.0 rises from the ashes:

Got my first print back for the CNW rebuilt box car.

I have a few tweaks to do to the drawing and need to incorporate some assembly consideration into the design, but overall I'm pleased.

It's a Jack Delano photo:
https://www.loc.gov/item/owi2001013170/PP/

This one says C&NW

Sharp eye, Chris, thanks!
Then the question would be what's a Scullin doing in a C&NW shop? Didn't think they had any....
Then again, I'm no expert on C&NW power, although I think it's one of the more underappreciated railroads, overshadowed by its more glamorous neighbors...

To the person who just down voted me, you're a rancid sphincter.

Hey, it's just The Railwire. Try not to take it so personal.

Hmm... Kiz never takes
anything personal... 'cuz
he knows it's all true...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Started tearing down my locomotives for maintenance, something none of them have received in a couple of years.
