Super! Off to do just that.

EDIT: That was easy. (Where's the "Easy" button?)

The pic of your bridge just made me feel stupid... I needed to get a 55-gallon drum of John's (@Lemosteam) shoes, but not 15 minutes ago sent an order off to Shapeways for one part for another project. Maybe 'cuz I hadn't finished my coffee? I dunno... stupid anyway.

Nice viaduct! :D  (Seriously. Very nice.)

I feel the same way. I've been doing that same type of thing ALL week.

Like, at the grocery store yesterday and forgot I needed a bunch of push pins...

And thanks! If you're ordering John's awesome bridge shoes, keep in mind that I screwed up with my placement, and need to redo them. At each place where one girder ends and the other begins, I need a shoe on EACH girder, not one in the middle. So, for the 5 girders in the bridge, I need 10 total per pier.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to moving it further along. I want to get things running though first, but it'll be a high priority project after that's done.

Are your foam slabs glued down? They look somehow like they're just loosely stacked. Maybe it's the big seams....plus the two shades of light blue .... it's an optical illusion! 8)

Yep, everything is liquid nailsed together. There are indeed big seams, but I'm not worried about them. That's what lightweight spackle is for!

And you can rest assured that you've been my inspiration to switch over to it.

More progress. Most of the feeders are dropped and soldered, and some are tied in.

Trains will be running any day now...

Well, trains were running today. For one lap, until I discovered a feedback/short situation on the original section.

Now I have to figure that out.

I'm pissed. I was hoping for a victory lap today, but it seems there is a bit more to do.
