Thanks for hosting last night and running trains

The layout held up nicely

It was pretty sweet running pusher service with the S2 as well

Time to jump in on those tortoise switch machines and you'll be Casual running in your sleep!

Yeah! Had fun last night. Nothing like a K4 pulling a Conrail coal drag through downtown York at 55mph with an S2 (the diesel) snapper.
Josh Surkosky

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law
and you've pulled your last straw!

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

It was my pleasure!
I'm really glad it all worked so well too.

I'm bummed we didn't get any video, because that was quite the sight to behold.

Staging time!

It's only roughed in, but it's functional.

Nope. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

For now.

Nothing is glued down, partly for that reason.

Looks like Spring Grove can finally get that NS coal train thru Windsor Yard/YorkRail now instead of detouring across the Hanover Sub via Baltimore.  Excellent !  :D

Yep!
I'm very excited about it. This means that I can now start running actual ops sessions, even if they're just mini ones.

Make sure to bring some suitable power for when you visit.
