Problem figured out. It was a blown decoder. So screw that.

But... IT'S ALIVE!!
Pics and video soon.

 Yea, I hate when you think it's one thing and spend a lot of time looking for it and it was something else that was simple to fix. Look forward for the video.

A couple of friends got tickets for Avenue Q when it came through San Francisco a few months ago. It's a very funny and topical play.

Looks like the couplers between the locos pulling the coal train were barely holding on to each other.
