Seeing as these were originally supposed to be here last July I had them shipped three day air so I could get them in peoples hands ASAP.

I have to say, they are really nice. Very smooth runners. The paint is like silk. The DCC versions have NCE Decoders installed which I had totally forgotten about. Should be a big improvement. Even the horns look finely detailed as opposed to most other Atlas locos. All around good.

A Big A+ from me on these, and I'm not easy to please.

I am so tempted to get one of the CR standard cabs.

It'd be the newest thing on the roster. I'd probably hit it with some dullcote and otherwise leave it unweathered... but NO... MUST... BE.... STRONG....

NCE factory-installed decoders?  Sweet.  The NCEs I have installed are rock-solid.

I've been thinking about turning a couple of the NS models into passable C39-8s...

NCE decoders, Are they compatable with the SD50/60?

Those "NS" units are very tempting. They would look nice in my NS "mix" of power.

Good thing that Chuck's website says that the NS are "out".

He probably could have twisted my arm for one the other day when I was placing an order for the Bluford cars.
