I've been working on building a tray for my new spray booth. It's supported by a monitor arm so it can be moved around and stay out of the way.

I'm still working on getting it to stay level. The chinesium hinges don't seem to have the precision staying power I'd hoped for.

Are you planning to blind the center driver?  It seems a little too close to drivers 2 and 4 unless the flanges get smaller.

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

I assembled it to test if the mechanism would stay in one piece, the side contact plates aren't on so the drivers can move about. I'll be extending and refitting them to see if that tightens them up. 2 options after that , 1 turn down the flanges on drivers 2 and 3 or blind driver 3.

I'll venture a guess that it's generic name for a "surprise" doped metal made in China, containing any number of cheap, readilly available, randomly selected elements of qustionable origin and safety, belonging somewhere around the middle of the periodic table.

It's the material from which they make things in Chairman Mao's dollar store up on the Big Rock Candy Mountain...

Well, he's pushing up the daisies, but his legacy continues.  :D

Precisely.

Lowest grade suitable to get the product past inspection.

Room is just about done. Just a tad more electrical and likely by the end of the week it will be complete!

Yeah, she is really beautiful. She and her brother are why that room got built.  They wont be getting much time in there once the layout work starts :D
