Work has kept be busy lately, so not much time has been allocated to modeling. I took a couple hours Sunday and worked on some MOW vehicles.

With the fascia portion painted dark green to match the helix enclosure, the helix cover was ready for final installation:

I suggest being wary of the "covered helix". In my experience, nothing drives operators crazier than not being able to see their trains. Nor having access to them. A window of some sort might help avoid this. Its a lot less electronics as well. Keep it in the back of your mind. Just my 2 cents. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Beautiful work. Hard to believe this is such a small, simple layout. You have a great eye for visual composition.

Aw, man, Caleb's back too!  You're s scenic master.  You and @davidgray1974 really set the bar high.

Thanks very much guys, means a lot coming from masters like you two.

Its low quality, but I finally figured out how to make a gif today. :D Not sure if its worth the hassle, haha.

Caleb.

I think it is. Beats the crap out of most gifs.

I believe I heard Gary Hinshaw muttering something about tracking them on the radar that looks for incoming asteroids and meteors.

 :D :D

I have finished wiring my layout, aside from the fiddleyard. Hopefully that will happen soon.

I made a short video too

Is it DCC ?
If so could I see the interior and which decoder you used ?
Thanks ,
Louis
