Well, I was pretty sure it was a clear day, since the sun was out, so I went for it and took the picture for future reference.  Hahahahaha!!!

Seems to be a recurring theme.  Poop pipes



My plan was to incorporate this into the hillside behind the tracks.  Not sure what I'll do now since I have plans to build addition on house and move the layout.  Of course, that's stuck in quicksand right now.... :RUEffinKiddingMe:

Nope, Lee is in the clear.  Did everything asked of him. 

Problem is finding contractors who want to show up for work, and in doing so, not put me in the poor house to complete my "new" house

Oof!  I figured as much.  And this will make you feel better: contractors are only as good as their subcontractors.  Good luck!

That’s the truth. The framing subcontractor on my new home has worked for my builder for 25 years, and it shows. There are 3 guys on the crew and there is no wasted motion, no excessive discussion and an excellent work product as a result. But it sure ain’t cheap.

Just make sure quality is one of the two you pick......

Loving the poop jokes - the reason my helix/water heater enclosure/fusion reactor (depending on the post) is located within the layout space is to provide access to my sh*t pit manhole cover, dual pump controls, & dedicated breaker panel.    My half-basement floor line is below the sewer line - made the executive decision to pick ease of access to that kit over ease of access to my little trains in the helix!!!
