The train has completed it's inspection of the Maryland and Ohio Railroad -- it's currently en-route to meet Superintendent Weldon and will be turned over to his able care this afternoon Dec 3, 2016

D'oh!  That means I'm next!  :scared:

Many, many thanks to the good folks at Baltimore Area N Trak for making room for us to operate the M3T during their holiday exhibit at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore today.

Tim Nixon @POVC  worked us into the schedule, and also took a photographic record of the event.

and @Ed Kapuscinski  for letting us cut in on his time on the Blue Line.

The train has been dispatched into the tender mercies of the Anne Arundel County Paramedic Service, and @RockGp40 who will conduct the next leg of the journey.

I just got my latest issue of the N-Scale Magazine and read Tim's introductory article about Mike's Memorial Train.  It erroneously lists Mike being 64 at the time of his passing. From what I know, he was born in 1964 and was 52 at the time he passed away.

Ed looks a little diabolical or he is just having too much fun, I'm not sure which.

I think it's both. :-)  He looks like a little kit having a blast!  It is nice to see adults in that state.

( In a Monty Burns voice ) " Excellent.  With control of this freight train, my plan can proceed !  I will wreck the train, blocking all mains, which will then block all coal traffic and everyone will have to buy power from me !  Nuclear power !!!!

And so the final leg of the U.S. tour gets underway with stops in DE, MA and NJ.  I have sent an email to the participants on this leg advising them of the schedule.

Thank you all,

The M3T has left Delaware and is en route to @peteski in Massachusetts.  The Railwire Express PRR B60 built by @eric220 has departed for its home in California.

Happy New Year!
