It is a brass model and I used a TCS Z2 decoder.

It's a Hallmark Models brass Baldwin DS-4-4-10, or in Pennsy speak a BS10.
Made by Samhongsa of Korea.

Peteski nursed it back to health from a near-death state. And added pretty lights.

The painter at the St Cloud shops couldn't find the right stencil for painting this car. He used a stencil for a car with ribs, hence the space. I personally like it  8)

That sounds good; I like plausibility in modeling. I was thinking the same thing, except that whoever painted the car could only find decals with rib spacing. But an oddball car in among the others does make the whole thing seem more realistic.
