Ugghh!! Fall is pretty vague time frame and this is like, what,  the second or third time the delivery date has been pushed back. Hmm.

Some "sliding" in dates is almost standard these days.

But hey, it's been ten years since the M1 was announced, so what's a few more months? 

(Personally, I'm very curious to see how these turn out, as BLI makes some HO locos that are VERY interesting to me)

Someone may correct me, but I believe these schedule issues are likely scheduling issues at the Chinese contract factory, and are likely beyond complete control of BLI.  Frustrating, but a fact of life when everything is manufactured in China by a third party.

We have been waiting for so long, I try not to think about it.

Are they re-doing the same ATSF PA numbers again?   Sure would like a different number for a second A unit. 

(I know, I could always renumber myself.)

At least the generic "fall" dates have turned to specific months.  Although we all know those can still slip.

Gives me more time to save for a pair of Centipedes. My layout is nowhere near PRR territory but those are unique enough that I want to add them to the collection.

           Atleast we got to see a running Pilot Model of an M1 even if I never own one, just a wee bit better than Precision Craft. I' am waiting with baited breath for my pre ordered M1a sometime by the next millenium. Nate Goodman (Nato). Salt Lake, Utah "Closet Pennsy Fanzee"

Having seen the video of the M1 is what has kept me from jumping off the ledge.    I know there is a lot that can wrong from pre-production steam model to actual product that's on the shelves, so SPF's keep the candles burning. I can see this release slipping into the new year very easily.
