David, fantastic! Is that Elizabeth, near  E-Port?

Thank you! No, it's actually a blending of multiple real locations plus bits of fantasy (might this be proto-bashing?). The elevated mainline is from the New Brunswick area, while the bridge, abutments, track and street are inspired by West Trenton. The abandoned sloping track hails from Easton, PA; the engine facility is a mix of Ringoes on the Black River & Western and Pine Creek Railroad in Allaire State Park. The enginehouse is a kitbashed version of a forthcoming kit that faithfully represents their enginehouse.

Somewhere in New Jersey is just amazing, DKS.  Figured you couldn't let it go.  That just brings back lots of memories of watching trains as a kid when I used to live up there.  And you've given me tons of ideas for how to make use of some other stuff I've got sitting around here.

DKS is the Neil Peart of modeling! :D
Never argue with idiots; they'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Very groovy!
I dig the compositional curves and angles, as well as all the great textures, especially along ground around the engine facility.
Bravo!

Encore!

Yikes! We're more alike than I'd ever thought!  :scared:

It's purely fantastically filthy.

As promised, here's some better shots of the wire progress thus far:

Plan is to finish it down past the tower and into the tunnel portal in time for our open house at the Merchantville Car Show on the 14th.

If it were N, I would expect a great deal of wailing and gnashing of teeth. However, it's actually O.

Hmm... what do you do
if something Dee Rayles
under all those wires...?

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Well, as most of the tracks are spaced on 4" centers, there's usually enough room to reach between them to re-rail stuff.

Although the only real derailments we have are due to operator error.
