DON'T DO IT WITHOUT PROPER VENTILATION.  We recently had an outbuilding here in Cecil County, Maryland that burned to the ground, because paint fumes got into the heating plant.

I haven't sprayed anything because I was thinking about that possiblility. Would opening the garage door (workshop is in the garage with heat and a/c)and rear door be adequate ventilation?

There have been some days where it wasn't raining, but the cans of paint I use will be to cold from being in the seperated garage. Will using dullcote in an airbrush still work when the temp is a little too low for the cans to work well?

You can disable that in the preferences.

I'm still having trouble getting any JMRI throttle input to work though, hopefully I'll get that rectified this week.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about WiThrottle.  There's an "Idle for alerts" option, which will allow you to chose whether or not a train will stop if the phone generates a dialog box (like a text message coming in). There's no way that I've found to keep it from sending an idle command upon leaving the application or shutting off the phone.

Ahahah. Dave just mentioned the same thing I was thinking as I was looking at the photo, well, kinda. I think you really want to hide the town from that side via the trees, at least from that photo angle. I feel like it's really hurting the "Spruce Creek" aspect of it, seeing the corner of the building there.

That makes 3 of us thinking the same thing!  The next batch of SuperTrees will correct that.

You know, I was growing tired of this layout in a big way...  but revitalizing it with details and scenery has renewed my interest.  Just wait until I replace the signals and track!

Spent the better part of the day working on the twist to get from the window bridge to west staging, while drinking beer and watching the Top Gear marathon.  I decided to use the c55 I have on hand, since it saves me about a scale foot of vertical clearance...  I'm hoping the vertical dimensions work with the bridge module...  I think I might be off by about 3/8"...  I'll figure it out.
