The UP train is just the monthly announcement, big ones come at IHobby.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

Still hope for my north coast limited then.....
ya know, I just had a thought, what if the "doozie" isn't a full trainset but a locomotive? Like what was said before, the FEF would be a natrual choice, along with MILW 261.

but consiter this, when the GS4 was in production, the went and visited doyle to take mesurements and picrures of 4449, who lives with 4449?

SP&S 700!!

it would actually make since, seen how the basic design of the NP/GN/SP&S big northern was shared with a lot of railroads, making it a good canidate for multiple liverlys. just a short list would be NP, MILW, SP&S, UP, NYC, NC&StL, LV, GTW, Lackawanna, D&H, and  Rock Island. And that is just the Alcos, Imagine with detail changes to represent baldwins and Limas.

One can hope right? if they produced those in NP, MILW and SP&S, you could count me down for at least one of each of those roads....

Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!
