I've heard rumors... might be another electric loco. Might be an olympian-sized effort on Kato's part.

I've heard this "big announcement" was in the part of the news letter discussing the Amfleets.

Horizon is capitalized.  Horizon cars, anyone?

Horizon cars would be interesting - with variations, I guess they could also do some commuter fleets with the F40PH's as well...

Since Jason at Rapido has publicly stated they do plan on doing the Canadian in N in a few years, I wonder what Kato is going to announce?
