A street price of $20 is steep, but you gotta figure that the tooling costs for these things can't really be amortized over a dozen or so paint schemes. I'm certainly no Pennsy expert, but the only other paint ESM could offer that I can think of would be the Conrail MOW scheme with the yellow end.
I had a chance to speak with ESM's owner and Springfield. He was showing off pilot samples of the PRR, PC, and Conrails, and they do indeed look excellent. It seems the guy has spent a lot of time on this project, and invested a lot to change them from cast resin to injection molded, so I hope he does really well with them.
