JTC JULY 2020 NEW MODEL RELEASE - NSC 9-post well cars

Matt's been working on containers.  There were a bunch of new ones the second week of July and an announcement of new ones 2 days ago (Aug 4th) on www.shopfvm.com web store.

I realize FVM owns the old DI tooling, but are these merely reprints (or repackaged NOS) of the DIs, or actual newly painted product? From what I've seen so far, these are older liveries dating back to the 1980s-2000s decades.

For the past few years I've been selling my old DIs and replacing them with JTCs. It's not only for the painted door handle details, but for the pins and magnets inside. I got tired of using the putty to stick the DI containers together.

What are the 53ft Schneider and JB Hunt exterior post cans in your pics?  Are those custom painted Katos?

They are made from the same molds.

No word if the molds have been refined but I'd doubt it.

These look to be both re-runs of former DI releases (not old stock) as well as some new schemes - the 40' Hyundai reefer and the special 48' BN / ATSF schemes are new RTR in N.

The paint scheme on the FVM 40' Hyundai 40' refrigerated containers is not new to N-Scale.

A re-run of Deluxe Innovations stock number 4230, the original release of Hyundai containers bore reporting numbers HDMU 5890112 and HDMU 5892257.

Although the reporting numbers are not indicated for any of the containers that appear in the FVM online store, as far as I can tell by zooming in on the product photo, it looks like the reporting numbers for the new run of Hyundai reefers are HDMU 5891012 and 5892527.

Presumably, all of the re-releases bear reporting numbers that differ from the ones that were printed on the Deluxe Innovations runs.
