Dem's fightin words.  ;) Maybe *your* O scale is toys, but i can guaran-damn-tee you that the stuff on that layout sure don't *act* (or cost) like toys.  :o (although admittedly, some of it did start out life as Lionel products, only to be reworked with the wheels turned on a lathe.)

Meanwhile, back at the work bench... 

Traffic levels have been good on the Western Maryland, so much so that we've had to press our newest chopnose geep into service before she's had a chance to hit the paint shop.



Hopefully some good weather on Sunday afternoon will give her time to get into full red white and black regalia...

No idea.  Must have been some sort of MOW rig.  Might be the big camper looking thing they use to do catenary work.   I didn't get any other shots of it that day.
