Not complaining, praising!  Kato had a booth at Comicon in San Diego again this year, and they are doing more to create a new Model Railroad market than any other manufacturer. Yes, they do some unusual (some might say goofy) prototypes, but they are encouraging people that would never consider our hobby to give it a try.

Fusion Scale Graphics just came out with a GATX patch set designed for these cars.  I'm tempted to try them.
