Lol, just when I gave up and designed my own.
Let's give Kato credit for spending some bucks to bring new people into the hobby. At least, if I understand the graphic that flashed by- this video was shot at the San Diego Comic Con. The average Comic Con attendee is not a model railroader. And I bet booth space is more expensive than the average model railroad show. So, good for them, I hope they had great sales, and San Diego has some new model railroaders (or at least, train set collectors).My only suggestion is that they need a true N scale Godzilla, not that 1/1200 scale one along side the tracks.
My issue with them when they went to Comic Con was they were selling sets for way less than they sell to dealers. I'm all for growing the hobby, but their social media guy doesn't seem to care for us who are model railroaders. I asked why they didn't offer deals/discounts at NSE/NMRA and their reply was that there were already dealers at those shows.
is it just me or are those riding a little too high?Ed
