What wheelsets do you recommend?

ESM of course.  0.553" x 36"  You know the process.

If you uses them on MT PRR coaches, you must drill a 0.075" (1.9mm) diameter hole in the center of the square boss between the original bolster pad and the coupler to put the trucks on a closer wheelbase to the P70.

Just got some of the new ones - yes indeed, they are a significant upgrade.  They even look good through a 5x Optivisor!

Are you able to print a new set of Pullman 242 trucks?  My Shapeways ones did not accept any 36" .540" wheels very well and several pieces broke off while trying to get wheels in and out.

Here's a thought... 3D printed PRR dwarf and tombstone position light signals. They don't have to operate. A little yellow luminous paint would do the trick.

@Dave V , designed them both years ago and tried to light them. Feet are very delicate but they fit my product line.

I will attempt to print them to see if they are printable. It was always the hoods on the lights.

Four new products from Keystone Details. These were all proven out long ago to reduce the gargantuan gap between the cars.

BLI integrated coupler pocket steps for the P70 heavyweight cars. There are three styles for the integrated coupler steps which only work with MT 2004 offset couplers due to the underbody height. These steps and couplers REPLACE the OEM coupler and steps.

There is some disassembly of the car required. I think @dougnelson used the original Shapeways versions  successfully

KD-0032 one pair, is designed to be used when the customer decides to add AML diaphragms.



KD-0033 one pair, is designed for the “Short” coupling distance.



KD-0034 one pair is designed for a longer coupling distance.



KD-0035 are standard-alone replacement steps that swap out the unsightly original steps with a more prototypical style and wall thickness.



All four versions are now listed on the excel file.

Again, perhaps this isn't the thread in which to ask, but I had another idea... I know @Ed Kapuscinski and I could use a couple PRR ND cabins. He's doing Strasburg, I'm doing Huntingdon & Broad Top, and both of us would love to do some turn-of-the-last-century Pennsy steam (using your H3 conversion kit). Have you considered doing a whole car?
