Point of order. @peteski
Layout engineering reports are typically written by the builder about their own work. 
This doesn't really fit the vibe.  It's good work, but it might be better under the scratchbuild forum, or just leave it in N scale.

I think @chuck geiger's intention was to highlight an excellent N scale layout.

Agreed.  I will overrule @peteski on this one and move it back to N Scale.

I didn't think that the Layout Engineering reports was strictly for the layout builders to create threads. As for the scratchbuilt section, isn't pretty much every layout out there scratch-built to some degree?  :D  Besides, that thread started to include some construction photos too. That's why I moved it.

As I see it the N/Z section seems to be a dump ground for a lot of threads which don't really belong there.  When I question as to why, the offending members told me that it is because N/Z section gets most traffic.  Really?!  That IMO is a piss poor excuse. Why then have all those separate sections in the first place?

Anyways Lee, whatever works for Gary is ok with me.
