Which color wire goes to which rail

No reflective sill stripes on this engine means it’s not part of the national rail system , plant switcher I assume.doesn’t fall under any of the federal regulations. Probably no crossings either. I think even if you are a railroad that falls under the FRA you could get a waiver for reflective tape if you don’t have any crossings on your rail line. You could certainly make a case.Randy
