My N NEC Layout in May 2021 RMC—Looking for a New Home

My N Scale Old Line Corridor layout is featured in the May 2021 Railroad Model Craftsman http://rrmodelcraftsman.com/this-month/, which is a great honor and a dream come true. However, in the time since the article went into production, my real estate circumstances have changed, so now I must offer the layout up for sale.
It’s a 3x7 hollow core door layout based on the Northeast Corridor in the Washington-Baltimore area, including catenary poles and over a hundred handmade trees. It is DCC ready, capable of running two trains simultaneously, and expandable via tangent tracks on one side of the layout. Rolling stock and vehicles not included.
I’ve blogged about its construction here http://updunesjunction.blogspot.com/search/label/Old%20Line%20Corridor, and here is a photo gallery: https://photos.app.goo.gl/PEYS4evWwNb8ZL1F6 in case you haven’t seen the RMC article
If you’re on the East Coast and are interested in owning this small but mighty N scale layout, please reach out and let’s talk.

Nice looking layout.  Having ridden the Northeast Corridor over the last 5 decades, I think you really captured the feel.

Great looking layout. Wishing you have success in finding a buyer soon. I hope your new housing situation doesn't impede your modeling skills.

Have you listed this on any Facebook sale groups? Worthwhile, if not.

In addition to posting all about it in the usual places on FB, I’ve now put it up on an eBay auction, which worked well for selling my HO traction layout.

Click through for the listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/294177977458

Let me know if you have questions!

Wow!  I wish I'd found this layout sooner.  It's very well done!  Sadly I'm not in the market for another N scale layout though.  I hope it finds a great home!
