I purchased these from a seller on Aliexpress, not Ebay. I'm sure they all came from the same factory.

Anyway, these are in a word horrible. The distance from the top of the truck to the top of the coupler box is larger than usual. A MTL washer is needed to allow the truck to pivot smoothly and not scrape the underside of a car. The mounting hole in is large enough to allow a 2-56 flat head screw to pull through. The couplers don't operate smoothly and don't sit flat which causes them to change height when stress is put on them. (Like pulling a train!)

On to the worst part: there is a molding mark on the tread of each wheel. It's not flash or a parting line, it's almost like where a sprue was attached.

On the bright side, they take standard .540 axles.

I'll add 8×10 Color Glossy Pictures With Circles And Arrows And A Paragraph On The Back Of Each One tomorrow morning.
The fabric of reality has begun to fray.

An overview. The mounting holes are different sizes.

Comparison with an Atlas 70 ton truck stolen from a box car. The coupler box sticks up much farther when compared to the Atlas truck.

A different view of the two trucks.

A view of the wheels. Rough surface finish. There is a parting line on the tread and a dent in the tread where a sprue or something attached. Perfect for simulating the thump, thump, thump of a flat spot.

The generic truck coupled to an Atlas truck. Same general design but much worse execution.
The fabric of reality has begun to fray.

On the bright side, looks like the bolster height is lower.

I have been avoiding these Evemodel products. https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=51130.msg692336#msg692336

It's sad, for years I have said I come from the group W bench and no one knows what it means anymore.

The flat spots look like ejection pin marks, the top of the side frames are covered in them too...  :scared:

Injection molding is an artform and these aren't the best example.

As far as prototype goes they don't... They look like poor copies of the original microtrains roller bearing  trucks, nothing common or needed in N scale.
The Railwire is not your personal army.
