Did you type the focusstackingonline.com directly into your browser, or did you follow some link?   It looks like you were redirected to somewhere else (not legit).

"focusstackingonline.com" on Chrome works fine for me.  No warnings, goes right to the website.

Yes, I had no issues with it either, and no warning notes.  It worked very nicely I thought.  I don't think I will go back to Helicon focus until or unless I become more sophisticated with my camera.  This is a stack from 6 images - I should have taken one or two more of the autoracks in the distance.

Over Thanksgiving, Sharon Yard had a visiting BN ex-Frisco GP40-2 need a minor repair before sending it back west.  Here it is posing next to an SW9 with fresh-looking paint.

I have now tried it several ways, including typing it into the address bar and typing it into the Chrome search with Norton Safe Search extension and the clicking on the result for that address.  Norton definitely does not like that address.

What is confusing is that the Norton message mkaes reference to a redirected address.  Not sure what that means.  I am not getting directed to that address when I do other searches with the same programs, so I doubt it is some malware already embedded in my computer.

Anybody have any ideas?  I would like to download that focus stacking program for use on this computer.

May not be all of the problem to consider. Out of curiosity from this discussion I brought-up the stacking site, and it asks to update Flash. Uhh... Flash is EOL, and goes unsupported at the end of December.

One reason Flash is going away because it became a malware vector, so I have to wonder if that is something (else) Norton is barfing on beyond the cross-site scripting.

I went on to the focusstackonline site with Ghostery turned on and the site runs, but Ghostery is blocking "propu.sh" as "unknown" tracking software.  Along with 4 other trackers.  Propu.sh is identified as a pop-up agent (ad loader) by several malware protection sites/software (per Google search).  Just so you know what you are getting into.  I have no personal knowledge with either focusstackonline or propu.sh, just passing along what my computer's software is reporting and a quick seach of the web.

Norton could be correct in blocking it, but it doesn't look like it's known what problems, if any,  it could cause.  But without allowing it, you won't be able to use the site.

FWIW, for me, Chrome is blocking this along with other requests.  Not sure if it's just Chrome or adBlocker doing it.

I get the Norton notification in Firefox.  It says it blocked it, and the website comes up regardless.  My interpretation is that Norton is blocking an icon or ad (or something that is supposed to be an ad) from a known malicious site.  Looking up HTTP Server Push on wiki, it says Firefox still supports it.  Presumably Chrome ignores it.
