Bmann Northeast caboose

 I wanted to disassemble said caboose, so I could strip paint from it. But the glazing is EXCESSIVELY glued in place. Anybody have any luck removing glazing? And endrails are glued in place also, should be an easy glue job to put back though.

Joe,
An Exacto blade to pry the windows out. If I remember correctly, after a bit they pop free. Same with the handrails. Basically cut them free.

Agreed.  I think I used a chisel Xacto blade IIRC.

Thanks. I'll try chisel blade tomorrow.

 Used chisel blade, they popped right out. Thought I was in for a struggle, or broken windows. Soaking in 91% alc. now.
