I don't, by nature, have any interest in dudes to even notice their physicality. You?
A light engine move prepares to depart Oakville. The engines have been deemed surplus to the company's needs. Here we see the move backing down the ladder tracks in the yard:Further info is at the Sub's web site - see the signature line.
HOORAH!!!
1066 99% finished. I lost a number board somewhere along the way so I'll have to make another, or see if FVM has any I can get.
Very nice! Is that a factory paint job or custom? Also the number boards are pretty much the Arial Bold font if you choose to make them. By the way, I think the o in Arial Bold is actually closer to the NS 0 than the Arial Bold 0.
Nice work this week! The new train room has been painted and carpeted. It's approx. 11' x 15'. Once I establish the Givens and Druthers I'll start a thread in the Engineering forum.Ron
I always liked the fable of Santa Fe hiring 'actors' to pose as Native Americans along the tracks to excite the passengers. When I lived in Maryland I always thought it would be cool to stage actor-ed scenes along the Amtrak line at night, something Twin Peaks-ish to stir up people. Kinda like the fad of people stalking and posing for the Google camera car.
