Very nice!  Is that a factory paint job or custom?  Also the number boards are pretty much the Arial Bold font if you choose to make them.  By the way, I think the o in Arial Bold is actually closer to the NS 0 than the Arial Bold 0.

The new train room has been painted and carpeted. It's approx. 11' x 15'.  Once I establish the Givens and Druthers I'll start a thread in the Engineering forum.

I always liked the fable of Santa Fe hiring 'actors' to pose as Native Americans along the tracks to excite the passengers. When I lived in Maryland I always thought it would be cool to stage actor-ed scenes along the Amtrak line at night, something Twin Peaks-ish to stir up people. Kinda like the fad of people stalking and posing for the Google camera car.

Cool idea for on board travel guides along NEC. Have a Wise Guy come on board as the trains enter NYC, a Rocky type getting to Philadelphia, someone from The Wire for Balto, and maybe George Washington or Abraham Lincoln for DC.
