Hi Wolf, As someone who use to drive flatbed tractor trailer trucks, I can tell you we never hauled steel coils suicide with the coils side by side. When hauling coils suicide, you always placed one coil over the tractor drive tires and the other coil over the trailer tires, unless they were light enough to place both coils in the center of the trailer, one in front of the other. Hauling coils Suicide is when you can stand along side the trailer and look through the eye of the coil. Hauling coils "Horizontal to travel" is when you can stand at the back of the trailer and look through the eye of the coil and the last method of hauling coils is "Eye to the Sky" I Don't want to see you miniature truck drivers run into issues of overloading and Yes, you're crossing signs look great

Those are all signs (made up with recent artists, I would say) that are available from the model/railroad magazine that comes free in the mail, forgot its name....

Busy time at work, but able to get a couple of hours of modeling this weekend. Spent some time on detailing my HO Walthers H10-44 and got started on this nice Monster Modelworks "Hansen Machine and Tool" for the Beer Line Snake Track. It is a very nice kit and I have enjoyed working on it.

I did not know the history/lineage of the structure. I bought it because it looked cool and south western. It is a Randy Brown Models kit. Thanks, for the education and -- I will have to make a point to out and see it for myself. I like the garage that is out back. You don't live all that far from me -- I'm in Westminster. A short freeway drive away --- LOL!!

Thank you, for the cargo lesson. I will make the change. Can't have any "accidents". That is some great info. As someone not involved in the industry -- Just don't think of those things!!
