Scott .. I have a goal of building the CSX OCS train .. I've "poked holes" in styrene and am not happy with the results .. so your approach is probably the way I want to go ..  doing the artwork won't be an issue -- but it looks like they want you to use an entire 300mm sheet?  I guess I should do the artwork for enough cars to fill the entire sheet? Or will they do smaller size setups.   

If you don't mind me asking, what specs did you use for your EL car?  size, width, metal, thickness?  and what did they end up charging ..
