Joe @Shipsure ,

I'm running out of Schlitz reefers to test out weathering techniques.  When will there be another run?  Also, what about Pabst cars?

Friends don't let other friends Drink Pabst, or in your case.... buy Pabst freight cars... it will only lead to disappointment, and a really bad headache.

The big trick is finding the licensing contact for Pabst.  They moved everything out of Wisconsin and it has been a nightmare trying to find someone to talk to about it.

@Atlas Paul I have one of the Atlas Schlitz cars that I bought at a show.  Was this a special run?  It isn't listed on the Atlas site as either a regular or special run.

The easiest way to find the right people at Pabst to talk to is to go ahead and produce the cars without the licensing contract.  They'll find you!

They were a special run for NSC

...and they sell for collector prices.  Although that selling price was nowhere near the crazy prices the Micro-Trains collectibles were fetching few years ago.
