Ed: That's why all of my tunnels are fully line, even the unseen ones through the walls to the staging yards in another room. I didn't want to risk losing a car insdie the wall and having to cut the wall apart!
Peteski: I can see using nails IF the boards are also well glued. The nails will hold until the glue dries, then it doesn't matter if they come out or not, as a good glue joint is often stronger than the wood. If the nails are the primary fastener, I agree, use screws.
