Micro Trains Buildings

I'm trying to acquire a MTL Officers Quarters Hotel for our N-Trak clubs recreation of the local NG and Reserve base on one our module. It's part nu. 499  90 946. But apparently doesn't exist :( Few online retailers carry the MTL structures and neither do many Brick and Mortar stores. In my quest to locate these kits I've posted both to the swap meet here and on train board as well as a number of online groups.
No success.
Does anyone know if these were made and in what numbers? There appear to be plenty of Z scale MT buildings but the N scale are scarce.

You should email MTL directly to inquire on the status of the item.  It may not have been released yet, or they may have one that you can purchase.

Couldn't find an email address on their web site but did post to their Facebook page.

The reason the stock number doesn't appear on their website is that the kit has been retired. Once they sell out of a kit, they will retire the stock number if they don't think they will find it.

ell I got my answer from Micro Trains. Apparently they don't read the complete email like most other people. I thought I made it pretty clear that I had searched the internet pretty thoroughly before contacting them

Hello,

We are sold out of this kits.  I suggest doing an internet search with the number to see if any of our dealers currently still have any in stock.

Thank you

Bump,

Sure hope you can help Jim out. That building will complete the area perfectly on the club corner.

The files reside on a contractors computer and am waiting for them to show up in my Inbox.  I was able to retrieve some of the military projects.  Stay tuned

Please let me know which models you have and what I need to do get prints. Payment, shipping etc.

Thanks for the effort. considering how fast these things sell out it's surprising their retired so quickly.

I know I am late to the party but we may have one hanging at the shop. I can check in the morning if it makes life easier on Joe.
