Lay out for sale on craigs list, Seattle...

Ok, so I have not called this guy yet, to see if he has it still or not, Kinda gun shy to buy someone elses layout:
http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/tag/3789372703.html
It's just a roundy-round, but I figure it will give me somewhere to run stuff in circles, and the switching layout (https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=29359.0)something to actually opperate. Who knows, I could figure out a way to intrigrate the 2 together...

So what do you think asshats? Give'em a call and buy it, or pass....

What is a "lay out"?   Opposite of "lay in"?

For $80.00 you couldn't buy the track, turnouts, power supply, and layout materials.  I say go for it!

Have fun, Mark

Mike, 80 bucks is worth it, including the gas to get to Samamamamamish and back.

I don't know.  I think I might give him a call!  lol  My sister-in-law lives on the plateau, is coming over on Sunday, and has a mini-van.

Idea!

Can't go wrong for $80 to get a jump start on running trains.  Scenery is great, but track work looks a little rough, and I imagine you would redo that quickly....and add to it, of course.

It's a starting point and in order to finish anything, first you have to start. Offer him $60 and take it for $70 but hurry before I do...

I'd buy it, and I'm in HO scale. lol
Vincent

If N scale had good SD40-2s, C30-7s, U30Cs, SD45s, SD40s, and SW10s; I'd be in N scale.

Well, to be the voice of dissent... I think it's all Code 80 snap track.

ok, thanks for the advice, I pulled the trigger and made the call, they still got it, and I'm going to go pick it up within the next few days  :D It will be nice to have something to go roundy-round while the girlfriend and I work on the switching layout.
