He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Bob, sorry man...  I think, however, DKS just boosted demand for your G22s.  I also would guess you have the market cornered on N6 cabins for the forseeable future.

And NYC bay window cabooses probably forever (kicks wall in disgust, AGAIN).

My understanding is that the items will be discontinued in the near future, not that they retroactively have already been discontinued.  Anyone who wants to buy one of the current TrainCat freight car kits can still do so.  But don't wait too long.

Dave,

I have enough stock at home to fill IMMEDIATE orders, but I have been on the cusp of deleting rollingstock from the line for several months. Any future releases will be a limited run of 25 to 100 units so I would not be caught with a huge supply of kits when (not if) the RTR guys go after the cars I am doing. Many people put off the purchases since they know the item will always be in my catalog. The waiting game for sales is not an incentive. Neither Craig nor Matt gave me a courtesy heads-up, that is business. The result is still an inventory of expense that is dead and unsellable. Had I got a courtesy nod, I would have done things differently.

That said, I will supply whatever cars people want right now. After that, each item will be removed from the catalog.
One thing that I think would be a good sale would be racks for open and partially enclosed auto racks we could fit them to existing 85 and 89' flats. These would be awesome to have! A shallow bowl F-89 flat (I think the F89-A) would be great, these would probably be in really high demand.

Until N scale has an F89CH or some other low-deck car, it's not really worth the effort for anything related to tri-level racks.

I hoping that David's Protomate will make a low-deck car more feasible to do or can be designed to fit that particular application.

I sent Bob a forum message but hasn't gotten back to me. I want to order a gon, but can't get ahold of him.

EDIT: Bob just replied.

Perfect! Now the all important question, when will they hit the stores?  :D
Never argue with idiots; they'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
