Judging by the aspect ratio of the mask, the car must be less than 50', and it definitely looks like a covered hopper.  I'll go with a pressure differential hopper.  I'd be especially happy with one of these.  I'd also be happy with some other 2-bays, like this or this.

It has a silver metal roofwalk with the trucks very near the end of the car . The entire car is silver . Modernized Matheson Dry Ice Refer ?

The ice car is a pretty interesting beast but did not seem to be a very large production run. Plus the BlmA pic is a modern or at least surviving into the modern age car. I agree that it seems shorter than 50 ft based on the tank car next to it.

I'm going to go with some 60's-70's era car for this one. The car to the left appears to have a high brake wheel and cushoned trucks and the tank to the right seems to be a 10-20k gallon (depending on lenth) with welded sides and no frame.

I can't make out for sure, but it looks like the walkway could be center mounted because there is no shadow between the crossover/hangover and the rest of the walkway. If it is a hopper, it would need to be a three bay for that lenth.

PM/RC does have a 3000 cuft 2-bay.  It's a bit clunky by today's standards, so an update would be welcome. But it does bring much-needed variety to the plethora of ACF 2-bays that make up the rest of the N scale cement fleet.
