Great job on the saw house!   Layout progress is going well, too.  Thanks for sharing.

Well all in all it was a productive weekend. I got all the stringer extensions made and installed. and got the masonite for the facia. Other than having a guy in a pickup hit me and my cart at Lowes all went well.
Got home and was able to get the new fcia cut and up then down and profiles cut and back up. Next will be the filler homasote pieces on the top.

He actually hit the flat cart and knocked my masonite off on the ground.
Drivers license from Cracker Jacks I guess.
Thanks , Mike

Happy Valentines all. Today I stayed inside and worked on the milling house for the saw mill area. Not pictured but built are many log and lumber piles.
Here are some pics of the finished buildings.

Gavin and I managed to get a video update done on the ACTRR yesterday as well as some basic switching for Mr G and I to practice the basic building and industry locations.

Here is my Auto Parts warehouse completed. It was a lot of work but I really like the results.

Mike, the auto parts building is awesome! One question, observation or even a idea, with regards to the weathering of the structure. I could see in the picture some weathering under the docks themselves, but what about under the awnings and the surrounding walls? Should it be real dirty and gritty looking around the rail dock areas? Years of existence?  It appears really clean for this type of building. Possibly speaking or revealing the age of the building.

Thanks T , good point I may add some under there. There is actually some smoke stains up under the awning and building but none on the walls.
Thanks , Mike

greetings, Mike

have been following your build and have really enjoyed both the videos and posts here
super fine work!

sorry, but, I am unfamiliar with the auto part warehouse.
who manufactures it? and, is that the name of the building?
it would make a great addition to my planned industry area.

thanks for any information you might offer.

keep sharing here, your previous work and current progress has been inspiring and most appreciated

peace,
Gary L Lake Dillensnyder
