Who is paying for the utilities , the HO's?
Well we agreed to split the insurance and they have actually 2 buildings, and old one and a newer one but way less motivated. The county uses the back half of our building for storage.

Thanks , Mike

We are in the building by ourselves and the county is paying the electric in exchange for us fixing and maintaining the building. The fair has only one central meter and they pay a flat rate.
Thanks , Mike

Well, we are making great progress so far and the county is now in charge of the grounds. It seems as though the county will do some exterior repairs to the building and help us as they are able.

I would like to take a moment and thank all of the people who have contributed funds and products to our layout.

Mike, that's looking good!   Seems like a good situation there...plenty of space and hopefully nobody will mess with you guys and you can promote the hobby for years to come.
NOTE: I'm no longer active on this forum.   If you need to contact me, use the e-mail address (or visit the website link) attached to this username.  Thanks.

Thanks Doug , we are having a blast and we have no rules so far. the scenery will be varied and generic. We will run all types of trains and have all types of scenery.
