Wow, this is the first multiple purchase month for me from MTL in a LONG, LONG time.   I am in for the 4427 and also DEFINITELY in for the SidRich Carbon Black covered hopper, even if it is a little new for my era.   Would like to have a 4727 Carbon Black car but this certainly will do for now.

Wouldn't you see a UP pool sleeper occasionally here or there on the Pennsy?
Maybe something transferred in Chicago and headed east that found it's way to your local road?

Doubt you would see a UP heavyweight in any named trains on the PRR.  You might see some on a Boy Scout, Shriners special, or an excursion (business, social club, etc).

Nothing for me...of course all I want are more N&W 55 ton hoppers.  (I know they have their faults but I look past them...I only have three right now!)

As Bob said, yeah, occasional lightweights...  But no heavyweight run-throughs by my 1956 era.  Oh, I'm sure someone can resurrect a photo to prove me wrong, but statistically speaking, I think I can afford a chance to allow my wallet to focus on a different manufacturer for a month...!

The MTL twin hoppers are nice ... if they would just decorate them for the correct N&W classes. They now have the info, so hopefully future releases will be in the correct or "close to correct" category.

Nice to see the heavyweights with some color.  Not too interested in UP, but am hopeful for CNW and Milw Rd in the future.

Ouch month...........the GN double is a must, the Santa Fe hopper would be useful and I gots to have me a UP sleeper as they were a common sight on the summer gardern tracks at Banff, going to the Pacific on the Dominion and other trains....better get back to my street corner and start workin it :-\

What is a Gardern track?  Is that like a Goshdern track without all the frills?
