I don't know.  I think I mentioned up-thread that the best thing to do is take a plastic deck off the Athearn car and compare.  But remember, the Athearn deck consists of five pieces because the bolster tops are part of the frame, so the main part of the deck stretches from bolster to bolster.  It might work for 40' flatcars, but it wouldn't work for anything longer unless the model has the bolster tops as part of the frame.
