I have good news and bad...

The good news is RYM responded to my query with graphics files of the car drawings and the etching frets.

The bad news is, the version of QuickCAD [v8] I have can't handle 3D, and some of the drawing's elements are being turned askew when I finally get the file open. Anyone have a CAD program that can handle the file properly?

They sent you drawings of the Trinity car?  What format is the file in?

No, they sent drawings of the North American PD3000, in DWG format. I'm not interested in Trinity, too 'modern' for me.

Bryan, I would be interested in seeing those drawings if you would be open to it and RYM doesn't mind sharing.  I should be able to open them in SolidWorks or Rhino.

Bryan,

I'm open to it. Though we seem to personally lock horns regularly, I support ESM and, of course, your having them may support the common good as well. Since I can't open them properly, I'd appreciate if you could rip me off a copy of each file, perhaps in a PDF. Look for them sometime after 6, when I get home.

So Trinity 3281 and PD3000 may be on the way at some point... life is good.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Bryan,
I sent the drawings to your website's email address.

I got them, thanks.  I used CorelDraw to open them.  The etchings appear to be complete.  The diagrams are drawings of the sides, roof, underbody and ends of the prototype.  No exploded or 3D drawings.  I'll have them converted before the weekend is out.
