That's what it said on the announcement list. It could have been a missread. Could've been late version. Or the version with the large flat access walk on the early version.

Improve clearance for what? It doesn't shorten the width as the flat panel is recessed into the car.

Ha, we were just talking about the next release of the LPG tankers. No Procor, but hopefully some will not have the idiot stripes.

I hope the TOFC's trailer paint jobs can pass for <1960 . The BN is a still born though .

Are the stripes that hard to paint over, remove? Not my era, so I haven't run into the problem.
