IMRC Gevo's ?

Just to be a antipodian smart a$$ I had a look on IMRC HO dudes list and nearly spat the dummy when I saw Intermountain producing HO Gevo's. I'm hoping they do not get into N scale with these - thoughts?

The world has now officially stopped spinning! :o ;D

I don't see that happening. The N Scale market already has two companies making them in Fox Valley and Kato. We don't need more.

No way IM does N scale GEVO's. A U18B maybe, probably, but that's where the GE's stop.

After their experience with the producing FT's at the same time as Micro-trains, I suspect they will sit on the sidelines with the N scale version. At least for now.

With two companies doing multiple versions. A 3rd in the near future would be overkill bigtime, especially with pricing the way it is currently.

Speaking of which if all is still on track, we should see the first GEVO's in the next 10-14 days.

With IM cancelling a large amount of announced items already, I don't think this has even crossed their minds to get into GEVOS.

But Intermountain won the FT war!  But I don't see them doing the GEVO in N.  At least not and do it well...

I've got F3's & F7's from IM, and I've been pleased with all of them.

I'm looking forward to picking up a pair of IM FT's.

The IM FT's are a good model. They run well and look good as well. I have several of the InterMountain WP FT's and have not had any problems with them at all.

It would really be stupid and make no sense for IMRC to do a GEVO - which is why I expect an announcement any day.

I don't know about IM doing a GEVO, but the drawing in there announcement look eerily similar to those use by FVM.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.
