MB Kleins to carry TrainCat products

I got an email earlier this week from an N scale department employee @ Kleins who said they'll be placing their 1st order with Bob soon. Congrats on your new distributor, Bob! There's nothing up on the Kleins web site, and there probably won't be until the product arrives, so if anyone's holding back on ordering TrainCat products, they should call Kleins pronto to reserve theirs.

Excellent news.  I wanted to pick up some TC stuff at the TexN'Rails booth in Timonium last week and they didn't have any.   (Klein's booth was just a sign directing you to their shop.)

Thank you, Gary. I walked around the TNR booth twice and didn't see any of Bob's product. I thought I was loosing it when he told me he would have a presence @ the show & I couldn't find it. Too bad though, As I really wanted a chip loader. But now I can get it through Shane and the boys.

Interesting... does anybody have the price points they use as compared to Horizon, Walthers, Branchline, etc?  I.e, what percentage off of MSRP do they buy at, and what quantitty is required for that, and what percentage do they then use as distributor cost to other shops?  Just curious as to if they would be another viable distributor.

Yes .. I recall hearing that WigWag used to get merchandise from them before he became athearn authorized.
