Those EL hoppers were supposedly among the last 70 ton cars ever built...

Most of the commercial grafitti decals are the big multicolor ones - it would be nice to see some sets of much smaller, one color stuff like Shake - as well as the mindless modern scribblings or tags that are common.

I see it now, but I dispute its legitimacy.  Is there a vintage photo of any EL cars with this livery?  I suspect it's one of the orphan cars that were divided between NS and CSX.  I know the majority of stuff that went to NS got PRR markings, with NYC being the dominant mark for CSX... but didn't all of the predecessor reporting marks get divvied up?  I seem to remember seeing a car with fresh LV or CNJ reporting marks a couple of years ago.

The paint just looks too new to be an original...
