Are your F-units coupled with drawbars, because you really have got them close!  Since there should be three feet between the carbodies, maybe too close.    Any chance you can roll those beautiful F-units on their sides and show us the secret of how you close-coupled them together?  Nice work.

Yeah, they are drawbarred together.  I made the drawbar look like couplers.  I even used some 905 trip pins.  Once all was said and done I realized they were a little too close.  They don't look that way normally except when viewed from the inside of that 17" radius curve where the steel trestle is.  I'll post a photo next time I break the camera out.

They look farther apart from the outside of this 42" radius curve.

Thanks for your prompt reply.  That's what I figured, since I have done the same thing with drawbars in the past.  Those are some absolutely gorgeous F-units.  Although I have always modeled eastern roads, I have always had a fascination with the D&RGW and that paint scheme.  Thanks for sharing your pictures.
